How did we get here?

What are the various things that have created the current mess?
How did we get to the point where the name of Manchester City has been so unfairly dragged through the mud, with the club being accused of sports-washing, cheating and fraud by many parties, simply because one guy has spent his own money buying a historic English club and great players to become the best team in the world wining trophies?
As it stands, we have a series of convoluted allegations made against Manchester City that absolutely stink of corruption.
This is further proof that some of the successful football clubs are operating in cartels to distort the competitiveness of professional football. Cartels are illegal in the England under the Competitions Act 1998 (and also illegal in the EU). The offences are so severe that people involved in them can go to prison and businesses (including football clubs) can be closed down.
The recent events are:
2008
Manchester City Take Over
Sheik Mansour. the worlds richest man, buys Manchester City with a view to turning them into the biggest and best football club in the world.
The established elite don’t like it and lobby UEFA to introduce rules to stop this from happening.
2011
UEFA concoct a flawed FFP system
2012
Arsenal write to the Premier league backed by Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham to demand the introduction of FFP to penalise the way Manchester City are spending
2013
The Premier League Introduce a watered down version of FFP called Profit and Sustainability.
2018
Der Spiegel publish 6 heavily redacted emails claiming that they prove City have broken FFP
This is why you should not believe what Der Spiegel Print
This I why you should not trust their source Rui Pinto
2018
Der Spiegel publish European Super League plans 02/11/2018
If these allegation are ture, where is the investigation into the clandestine cartel these people are preparing to use their position of dominance to undermine and destroy European and English football as we know it?
The so called “Big Seven” involved are: Real Madrid, FC Bayern Munich, Juventus, FC Barcelona, Manchester United, Arsenal FC and AC Milan
Why aren’t these clubs being investigated by UEFA, why aren’t key individuals from these clubs especially the apparently duplicitous Karl-Heinz Rummenigge being banned world wide from football related activity?

City investigated by a prejudiced UEFA Investigation Committee.
Why was it prejudiced?
Former Liverpool Financial Director, English Super League Architect and Liverpool Super, was appointed to lead the investigation, and made the prejudicial statement when he was appointed, before he had seen any evidence, that he would, “ prosecute Manchester City” rather than try to find out whether the claims in Der Spiegel were true or false. The only evidence presented by Rick Parry’s team against Manchester City were the articles in Der Spiegel, which amount to nothing more than hearsay in law and are not evidence, so he knew what e was doing was wrong.
Former French Prime Minister Yves Leterme, who was forced to resign on grounds of corruption after trying to interfere with the judicial outcome of a court case against the Belgium Government.
This is what he said about French Speakers in Belgium in French newspaper Libération in August 2006 “Initially, the idea was that many French speakers would adjust to the new linguistic reality. But apparently the French speakers are intellectually not capable of learning Dutch. “ In his role at UEFA he was put under pressure from US human rights champion Michael Garcia to punish Manchester City.
2019
The Premier League also launch investigation into Man City.
2021
UEFA Adjudication Committee review case presented by the UEFA Investigation Committee. Man City not allowed to present evidence defending themselves. By default, the UEFA Adjudication Committee ban Man City from UEFA Competitions from 2022-2024.
2021
Man City Appeal to Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)
2021
The “Hateful 8” write to CAS demanding CAS do not postpone the Man City ban, completely unaware Man City have not requested this.
2022
CAS lift Man City Ban
Manchester CIty CAS ruling explained in detail.
The reasons that are given for lifting the ban, are basically that UEFA failed to make the case, ie they could not expain to CAS what Manchester City had done wrong, their arguments were perverse and they had no evidence to back them up.
Most of the charges were also time barred and the defence Manchester City put up (on the assumption that UEFA had evidence against MAnchester City) was also beleived ot be true.
The Time-Barring claim is widely mentioned by many journalists, but they ignore the fact that even if it was not time barred Manchester City’s appeal would have been successful.
2023
EPL make 5 allegations about Manchester City and charge the club with 135 Rule breaches. Non of the journalists reporting on this bother to count the rule breaches properly ie check their facts and report the number as 115. It turns out the allegations all had to be re-referenced and resubmitted because they took rules breach from one years rules and used these as references for other years, this making it impossible for anyone to understand what on earth they were talking about. If the Premier League show such a lack of diligence here, well it demonstrates that they do not believe what they are doing is true, because if you did you would check and get this right before going public.
There is so much to say about the above, that I have written a section on each and also some supporting sections to back up my points.
There is a cartel operating n English football involving Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United, from time to time other clubs are drawn in but by and large these three are ever present. This Cartel may have been around since 1919, but has become incredibly influential since the 1980s.
